touch with yourself

some time ago had read a book by one of the greatest mystics , called Osho . The said usually human beings do not actually have contact with our body, no sorry, we do not know how they feel part of our body unless we hurt. To which the author mentioned that we actually have contact with pain at that time with our body.

This figure seems very interesting and even I find it curious how we handle pain the most of people, few people actually have a consent for pain control, because control of it if it belongs to us. But why do we get something slightly hurt us more than they should? It is very obvious that if during our life, we have seen that people who are hurt scream, cry, and complain we'll do the same. The real question is whether this is necessary. There are physical injuries can hurt us both to mourn and and body react if necessary, will be normal because the pain must somehow be expressed and then the body adapts and stops suffering even if he is injured. As Buddha said "Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional ".

I agree that we will not become fakirs in desire to get rid of any pain, because the pain we feel follow, but we can help learn to control body so the body adapts to anesthetize without or to support more serious cases until one can be medical attention.

For now I leave an exercise that Osho recommended in this regard and I'm sure practicing it, apart from learning to relax the body, we can learn to feel and control the intensity of their emotions. The exercise involves lying on the floor and just going to feel the body, this exercise should be done when the body feels good, when there is no discomfort to actually make contact with the body. It may even be a good exercise to encourage healthy esteem. This exercise is recommended too practical in nature, feeling the body for a moment under the sun on the grass, etc.

I hope you enjoy contact with your body!
My best wishes to all! Namaste

Ethnic Groups With Albinism

Welcome to the website of the final year students of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Salamanca.
This site was created as an alternative the bulletin board, to have all the information needed to perform tests to run with the convenience of being able to do it all from home. So do we avoid the inconvenience of unnecessary meetings in college with all that entails (notices of meeting are not seen by all students, students who no longer residing in Salamanca, last minute changes in the examination session, etc). All you have to do is create an account of gmail mail (click here) to register on the web (see section "Instructions" ), from the time you're able to view the content of the web.
In this web we agree when we put exam dates (for approve those dates in the main meeting), we meet with our own fellow subjects enrolled so sharing notes, test data ... all with the convenience of doing it from your own home, without missing any meetings.

Once released you can go to different sections of this web :
I hope this will be useful as it is made for your comfort, all I ask is that you work as much as possible with all your colleagues to so much easier to overcome for all subjects.
